Communication.  It is the foundation of everything we do - from our jobs to our families, there is no way to funtion without it.  But, without a required curriculum surrounding this difficult subject, many of us live in frustration over our own lack of skills and the shortfalls of others. 

While we can only address our own shortcomings, even making progress with our own communication skills can make a big difference and the You&Me.We organization (a function of Pinellas County Family Resources) is out to help us cultivate those.
