RYAN NECE TO HOST FOURTH ANNUAL GALA AND CELEBRITY SCAVENGER HUNT
WHAT: Former Tampa Bay Buccaneers LB Ryan Nece will host his Fourth Annual Gala on Saturday, June 19th at TPepin's Hospitality Centre in Tampa. Funds raised throughout the evening will benefit the Ryan Nece Foundation.
This year's gala invites guests to "Capture the Moment" via a photo scavenger hunt during the afternoon of June 19th. Sponsors and individuals may purchase a limo team so that they, along with a celebrity guest, can solve clues and race around Tampa Bay to take photos at various locations. Point values are assigned to each location, and prizes will be awarded to the winning team at the evening gala. Participation in the limo photo hunt includes admission to the evening event.
The "Capture the Moment" Gala will be held that same evening, and individual tickets are on sale for $85 each. The gala will include heavy hor d'oeuvres, hosted bar, silent & live auction, raffle, and live entertainment by Blind Willie and Blue Situation, as well as DJ Barry Carew. There are also several surprises in store for gala guests.
Scheduled to attend the gala this year are Buccaneers Earnest Graham, Barrett Ruud, and Josh Freeman, as well as NFL Hall of Famers Ronnie Lott and Marcus Allen, Chargers LB Shawne Merriman, and several pageant winners such as Miss Cuba 2010, Miss USA Earth 2009, and more.
Through hosting of its fourth annual fundraising gala, the Ryan Nece Foundation hopes to continue its service in the Tampa Bay community. Since its inception, the foundation has invested more than $175,000 worth of goods and services to benefit youth and families in the Tampa Bay area.

Chef Gino's featured recipe!
Veal Saltinbocca alla Romana.
Serving for 1
2 five oz. Veal scaloppine
2 thin slices prosciutto di Parma
4 fresh sage leaves
5 oz. all purpose flour
2 oz. olive oil
3 to 4 oz. white wine
Salt and pepper to taste
Lightly pound veal to desired thickness. Place two sage leaves on each piece. Lay prosciutto slices on each piece of veal over sage and
lightly pound again to help stick. Dust both sides of veal in flour to prevent sticking in pan. Heat pan over medium high heat. Add olive oil
and sauté veal in pan 2 min. either side or til edges are lightly browned. Add white wine. Allow to evaporate to desired consistency.
Salt and pepper to taste and add 1 oz. butter and remove from heat. Plate and serve with you favorite white wine.
