The SPCA Tampa Bay recently announced that puppies confiscated in the October raid of a pet store are going up for adoption! Some of those puppies are chihuahuas, and in honor of the recent DVD and Blu-ray combo release of "Beverly Hills Chihuahua 2", we're introducing you to some of those puppies...in some designer puppy fashions!
