About José Burgos, M.D.
Dr. Burgos attended medical school at Ponce School of Medicine in Ponce, Puerto Rico.  He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Hospital de Damas in Ponce, Puerto Rico. He has an undergraduate degree in Biology, cum laude, from Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico. Dr. Burgos is a member of the American College of Physicians and the American Medical Association. He is certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

PrimeCare,LLC incorporated in November, 2005, was founded by Jai Cho, MD, Pariksith Singh, MD and Raul Revello, MD.
