It's that time of year again! If you haven't started training don't worry...you still have a few more months before the Women's Running Magazine Women's Half Marathon descends upon Downtown St. Petersburg. In fact, you can prepare with Team in Training - a subsection of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society that prepares runners/walkers for races while helping them raise funds!
This year's race is on Sunday, November 20th and will once again begin in front of the Dali Museum at 7 a.m. Registration is now underway, so if you plan to run, register now before the price goes up!
Thomas McColley was diagnosed with lymphoma in 2010, but he didn't let his diagnosis change his attitude toward living. Just last week, Tom completed his first triathalon in Washington D.C. with the help of Team in Training, the training and fundraising arm of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
