"Hemophobula: The Wannabe Vampire" is the creation of local author Normandy Piccolo.  He's a little fellow with a variety of afflictions that are keeping him from becoming a full-fledged vampire like his idol Count Dracula, but with a few "How to Be a Vampire" classes at Sukaurblood Acadmey under his belt, he should be just fine.
