Emily's story: I'm originally from Oregon (Coos Bay and Portland), and after spending my 8 years in New York I now reside in Sunny L.A.  I recently won a little television competition you may have heard of called Design Star, season 5 and currently host my own HGTV show called Secrets From A Stylist.  The second season has officially finished airing, but you can watch almost all of them on HGTV.com.  And stay tuned for my Holiday Special airing throughout December.

My team and I are currently designing houses in LA and New York and will travel elsewhere for the right job.  And my blog is my baby, until I have a baby, and then this blog will be like the pet you had before the baby.
