Lots of dress? Little jewelry! If your dress is speaking volumes keep your accessories at a whisper.  Too many flashy accessories can overpower an already exciting look.

Bling up your casual looks.  If you're rocking jeans, throw on some sparkle with bracelets or a bejeweled purse.  Shoes can also add bling - first of all, heels with jeans always dresses up a "cash" outfit, but adding heels with some crystals?  Now your denim is fit for the red carpet!

A patent purse is a classic staple.  No matter the color, a simple, small patent purse adds an understated zing to an outfit.  Looking to dial down the impact of your accessories?  Go matchy-matchy with black patent.  Looking to amp up your earth-toned or black top or dress?  Go with a flashy color - red, hot pink, purple. 

Add some "edge".  Heavy metals are all the rage this year, but you can rock them and still be girly by pairing a tarnished metal bangle with a giant CZ ring!  Or, look for accessories that already pair metals and crystals.  Designers are embracing the combo because we girls are so multi-faceted!  We're rock n' rollers and pretty princesses all in one amazing package...our clothes and accessories should simply support that spirit!
